Nancy McCulla Chef/Owner
Nancy grew up in Illinois where she started working in a kitchen at age thirteen. She moved out West to put herself through school, and eventually earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in ceramics. Nancy moved to Flagstaff in 1982 and started catering shortly thereafter as a side job. Several years ago, she an her husband Duffy took out a lease on the old Foundry and completely renovated it themselves to create the space we know today as Simply Delicious. Nancy has been determined to create a fun and safe kitchen to work in, and has achieved this goal with the help of her family and friends.
